The Villa Talabot is a two century old family house in the middle of a wooded park overlooking the sea. It is available all year round for seasonal rental and is perfectly suited for business tourism, seminars and weddings. It consists of 12 rooms including 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, 3 lounges, 2 terraces and a swimming pool facing the sea.
The family wanted to put the house to a different use and asked the company Isy Provence to take care of the rental of the house and organization of events in keeping with the soul of the place, its character and its history. It is a place of exception for grandiose events!

Villa Gaby, located on the corniche, was built at the end of the 19th century. This Italian style villa was bequeathed to the city of Marseille in 1920 by the music hall star Gaby Deslys. In 2015, after being rehabilitated by private investors, the Villa regained its vocation as a center for the promotion of medicine and science. It is a unique place offered to the scientific and medical communities of Marseille.
The various lounges can accommodate from 50 to 70 people seated and up to 100 people in cocktail receptions. For gala evenings the terrace and the gardens have a capacity of 300 people with a breathtaking view of the sea.

The Villa CliffBird was renovated by Rudy Ricciotti, the architect who created the MuCEM. Above the old port of the Vallon des Auffes, it can accommodate up to 50 people in sit-down dinner and 60 in cocktail receptions. Modern and contemporary, it has an incredible 180 degree view of the sea and the Notre Dame de la Garde, ideal for seminars, professional evenings or photo shoots. It is also possible to offer overnight accommodation for up to 6 people. Private events are not allowed.
