The The Marseille Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIMP) offers a facelift of 2 million euros to the Palais de la Bourse.
This building of the mid-nineteenth century was really aging and needing renovation for Marseille Provence to have a chance to enter the Top 20 European cities!
Close to the Old Port, the “Palais de la Bourse” is part of the heritage of Marseille, an emblematic place with neoclassical architecture. 1000 m2 of spaces, formerly frequented by Napoleon and Eugenie Empress. Since 1860, it has been the headquarters of the CCI Marseille Provence.
Innovation, modernity and connectivity
By this summer, the CCI Lab will be located on the ground floor where “Innovation Home” for small companies as well as a coworking space will be created.
The 1st floor will be reserved for elected officials and staff of the CCIMP. They will be able to practice sport on the second floor where a dedicated area is planned (yoga, pilates, bodybuilding, fitting rooms and showers). Offices will be set up on the third floor for the rest of the teams and the management will move in on the fourth floor.
A furnished rooftop
A brewery should see the day on the top floor for the residents of the Palais de la Bourse and for the general public. On sunny days, the “work café” on the terrace will enable to combine work and sun.
